Yes, the debate was frustrating to watch. Harris told blatant lies, yet was unchallenged by the useless moderators. Trump missed opportunities. I’ll bet hoards of viewers checked out early.
Ultimately, as you’ve said, Peter, no minds were changed. This might be the best result of the debate for Trump, as nominally-Democratic voters may grow complacent about the certainty of Kamala winning, and thus not bother to vote.
Trump supporters will still make the effort.
I still hope that ‘the truth will out’ in time. Harris is likely to bungle her campaign efforts during the remaining days before the election, and horrify many voters with her true colors. Meanwhile, Trump has a long history of successfully persuading people. This game is a long way from over!
Frustratiing is an understatement. The 3:1 pile on was really awful.
The non-verbal, ten-year old making faces was horrific, and so childish.
Let's hope that Cackles bungles her campaign and shows her true colours. She is dumber than a bag of rocks and hopefully those who are undecided ( how anyone can be undecided is a mystery to me!) see through her lies and stupidity.
I agree, that no minds were shifted last evening. If you're sitting on the fence, PLEASE consider that Cackles wouldn't know the truth if it slapped her sideways. She has no policy platform, period, end of story.
The Fourth Estate of the Press, which is supposed to hold government accountable to truth, has become 100% complicit in propagating the ‘narrative’, and half of our country is oblivious to this. You’re right, ‘frustrating’ is an understatement - the words aggravating and intolerable also come to mind. Put it this way, if Elvis had watched that debate he would have grabbed his shotgun and blasted his TV!
Buddy, please read my series on voter fraud, it was huge and being set up again.
Form over substance
Frustrating indeed
Good and thorough analysis.
Note to me: I gotta start prepping again.
