I want the whole truth to come out, even if there is nothing to charge anyone with. Shove it in the faces of the democrats. Or somewhere else. I’m sick of this. I have completely disowned that cult at this point. They ALL need some kind of shock therapy. A few need the voltage upped as well. Fuming.

Sunshine is the best disinfectant.

Still, there are those who desire prosecutions. They want to see people pay for the things that have been done.

That anger is going to have political impact no matter what the outcome of the investigations should be.

That bears remembering, because anger has a tendency to smash even more things than Donald Trump has attempted with DOGE. There are still a few things in this Republic I for one would like to see left intact (or restored and repaired): the rule of law, Free Speech, limited and constrained government, just to name a few.

Despite all that has transpired in recent years I still believe that this country is the best place to live. I am an American even more than I am a Texan, and would like to remain so.

You’re right, Peter - it’s Dementia gate!

Okay, the legal precedents: Dr. O’Conner has the right to doctor-patient confidentiality. But he also certified Biden as fit for duty, which Biden clearly was not. I would think that the good doctor is in a heap of legal trouble, but do you know of any clear precedents?

I can't think of a criminal offense with which the good doctor can be charged.

As for civil torts, the Biden family are the only ones who would have clear standing to sue.

Could the state board pull his license for ethical violations? Possibly, but that's a reach.

There's just not a lot of precedent for this situation.
