He also pointed out how local elections were the easiest to rig, because there are less votes needed to change the outcome.
I think the SAVE America Act would make the cheating too complex to make the rigged outcomes believable.
These days everything seems to be hanging on a thread. Fake (push polls) always seem to have the odds magically “tighten” right before elections take place, and that’s so that the outcome is believable. It’s always, “Well, it could go either way” right before they push it the way they want.
Also, primaries are the primary way to rig the elections. The primaries are often not questioned. It’s only the general elections that people pay attention to.
So rigging the primaries is a cake walk, also consider, who runs the primaries? The parties -- not government officials, sure they’re involved, but they don’t have the final say -- the parties do.
Harry Reid spilled the beans on that one back in 2016.
If they can’t rig the primaries, they can’t control both sides.
I think most people aren’t buying what’s being put in front of them.
Trust in government has never been lower than it is now.
And it’s interesting, because it’s not really Trump driving the mistrust, It’s the Uni-Party fake representatives that keep refusing to make permanent, things that most US citizens agree on.
They can only dangle those carrots for so long before people realize that they’re never going to get them.
I think we’re quickly approaching that point now.
The critical threshold where people no longer feel that their government is legitimate.
When that critical threshold is reach when evils are no longer sufferable, we will see not reform, but revolution. We will see this government put off, and a new government embraced instead.
It will almost certainly mean we will see a most uncivil war.
I really, really, really want accountability and consequences on this issue. I want arrest warrants and perp walks. I want corporate media to completely go down in flames. I want Chinese individuals to be targeted by the CIA. I want deep state actors to be exposed, named by name, and charged with treason, if it applies. I want complicit idiots like Tim Walz to go to prison. I want election integrity restored!
For the immediate future, maybe all that happens is that our culture edges closer to the civil war you have feared, Peter. God help us.

There is a wrinkle of common law that dates back to England people frequently overlook: Justice must not only be done, it must also be SEEN to be done.
People need to see that the systems of governance which presume to rule them work as expected. People need to see that there is real accountability, real equality before the law, and real justice.
That's the part that corporate media and the Democrats are overlooking: a very large segment--arguably a majority--of the electorate are not seeing the systems of governance in this country work. We are not seeing real accountability, real equality before the law, or real justice.
Regardless of the technicalities and nuances of statutory law, people see Democrats especially doing demonstrably wrong and evil things. People are not seeing Democrats suffering any negative consequence for their bad behavior.
That's a problem, and not one which can simply be dismissed with an arrogant wave of the hand.
