Using an online platform to organize a criminal activity to thwart ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿ’ป๐Ÿ‘น๐Ÿ“ฒโš’๏ธ๐Ÿฅธ law enforcement IS punishable under the RICO Statutes.๐Ÿ”๐Ÿš”โš–๏ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฒ

It certainly argues the presence of a corrupt enterprise, which is the defining criteria for a RICO case.

Online platforms ๐Ÿ›œ are very usefully and properly used to organize โš–๏ธ peaceful protests and for issue advocacy. โœ… It violates several federal statutes to use online activity and posts to promote โš’๏ธ or organize criminal acts, ๐Ÿ”ฅintimidation or violence. ๐ŸšฆFree speech flows both ways.

You are the most eloquent writer and the one who is 100% correct on the legalities, morals, ethics, and Constitutional basis of your stance, Peter. THANK YOU!

Thank you. I'm honored.

And, they arrested three people before they got to Don. I am willing to bet there are communications on their phones that will show his participation. That's why this needs to go to trial.

Nekima Levy Armstrong is among those who have been arrested for this heinous act.

It was clear from Don Lemon's brief interview with her at the start of his livestream that he knew her and that he knew where this event was going to take place. There is no question but that there were prior communications between Lemon and Levy Armstrong.

This church invasion was planned, and with Don Lemon's assistance it was STAGED. Don Lemon was there to put the church invasion out on the Internet in front a wider audience.

As I said, that's not journalism. That's public relations. That's promotion.

YES! In a perfect nutshell reply. I also heard this mob prevented parents from picking their children up from Sunday school and nursery. Seems like another crime to me.

Can you say, RICO?

The text of the ๐Ÿ””โœ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ“œ First:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The perverse irony of the entire incident is that Don Lemon was willing to defame the Civil Rights Movement by comparing what Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and others did back then to the KKK tactics he is promoting now.

Attacking churches is what the enemies of civil liberties do.

There are dumb s**ts on Substack that would have you believe Lemon just hangs out in churches waiting for something newsworthy. He was told to be there, that they were going to disrupt the service. They might want to review how Nick Shirleyand Nick Sortor were treated in MN recently. Not a lot of concern about their First Amendment rights.

He wasnโ€™t just โ€œtoldโ€ to be there. He was invited to be a part of the group.

That was abundantly clear looking at the beginning of his livestream.

When domestic terrorists invite you to be a part of their latest get-together, they are inviting you to become a domestic terrorist.

Don Lemon chose to accept that invitation.

Not a smart choice.

I hope so. Time to drop a really big hammer on these people.

Iโ€™d make a bad joke about lemons, but I wonโ€™t. ๐Ÿค”. Prosecution. Soon. Also lawsuits until they canโ€™t see straight.
