So maybe now the DoJ can start looking at charges for seditious conspiracy?

If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

Was the coverup of Biden's dementia a seditious conspiracy per 18 USC §2384? Certainly we should consider the possibility.

To be clear, we do not have any demonstration of force or a conspiracy to use force to frustrate the designs of the US Government.

Was the coverup a manifestation of an intent to overthrow the government? I would need to see much more evidence than the Hur recordings to reach that conclusion, but the coverup itself is obviously a conspiracy at some level.

I don't know that we have proof of a seditious conspiracy just yet, but the fact that we have strong evidence of a fairly substantial conspiracy means we are getting closer to having that proof.

Any one with "half a brain" no pun on "Sleepy Joe" intended, knew that the media was covering up for Biden!!

That the media was fully complicit in this is hardly a revelation.

What is notable is the corporate media outlets who were complicit are now attempting to cover their tracks.

Another big lie they want to sweep under the rug.

"Joe Biden was not “in charge” during his time in the Oval Office. The American people are likely to be very much interested in learning who was."

There is infinite speculation on this point. I want an actual investigation and the production of solid facts which can pass muster in a court of law.

That's essential if someone is to be prosecuted over this.

I said that tongue-in-cheek, but when the other shoe falls, two people were aware of what was going on. Nancy Pelosi & McConnell.

And Schumer, and Jeffries, and half the congressional leaders of both parties.

The only ones who are not in the likely danger zone are the nine robed Justices on the Supreme Court.

The denial of his decline was already evident in 2020 in their pre-election coverage of him. None of us were to believe what our senses told us.

And the sheeple gulp down the media propaganda much like a duck or goose being force fed to fatten its liver for the next foie gras entre.

It is important to understand that this narrative is collapsing, and that opens up a profoundly disturbing question of who was actually making decisions. It's one thing to say the autopen is a legitimate way to sign documents, but how valid can autopen signatures be if Biden lacked the competence to authorize its use?

Donald Trump's social media posts about the invalidity of Joe Biden's J6 pardons begins to take on new relevance as the evidence mounts that Biden was not legally competent to be carrying out the duties of the President of The United States.

Not only are many if not all of Biden's pardon's open to challenges of validity, but every statute or executive order signed by autopen comes under scrutiny.

This is an actual Constitutional crisis. We have mounting evidence that the White House staff at a minimum used Joe Biden as a figurehead and puppet, while they did as they pleased.

This is worse than even Woodrow Wilson's stroke and invalidity during the last year of his Presidency.
