Yes, I agree that the lockdowns did more harm than good. But I feel like they are still hiding the truth about this flu virus. AND the danger of the vaccines. They are still pushing them!
The problem is that the Covid VIRUS, like any virus, is actually dangerous for some people depending on genetics. Viruses can really mess you up. So them saying that it's just the flu is a diversion from the fact that many people are dying and suffering long term damaged health from both the virus AND the mRNA Vaccines. It's a way to make us think everything is fine, start spending money again please! I know so many people who have had cancer come back after remission, or new cancer diagnosed, or autoimmune diseases flare up, or long Covid symptoms after either having Covid or getting the vaccine. Covid-19 was most likely a bioweapon paid for by Fauci. It's not just the flu or just a cold.
I would say, "Like the flu" since early in 2022 when Omicron displaced the previous variants.
Before that it was considerably worse than the flu, at least for some people.
A friend of mine died at age 49 in April of 2021. Yes, he had some comorbidities, obesity chief among them.
An employee of mine in her early 40s spent a week in the hospital in the spring of 2021. Not an ounce of extra weight on her. Hospital staff was puzzled. "You're too young and too skinny to have gotten it this bad".
I've never known anyone who was hospitalized for flu, much less died of it.
I think a lot of us knew that it was nothing more than a type of flu, especially in the first year of the Covid madness when there was virtually no flu cases reported by the CDC as everything was being classified as Covid.
