This is very real. There are too many confirming data points to dismiss it out of hand.
At an absolute minimum, we have ample evidence that "something" is wrong with the mRNA inoculations. We have strong evidence that there is immunological damage. We have strong evidence the generated spike proteins migrate throughout the body, likely triggering inflammation reactions.
It is downright delusional to claim the shots are completely safe and effective.
