The revisions for September and October were something of a surprise--September because the second revision basically just reversed the first revision, and October because it was not a massive correction to get the number back above 100K. The revised jobs number for October is still a fairly pathetic 36K.
There's still a chance that the second revision for October will also be to the upside and so the jobs numbers for that month might be "salvaged", but as matters stand October was just a bloodbath on jobs.
As usual, will be be waiting for the revised numbers.
