Right now, I would have to say "No". That sounds like a sane investment for these times (although I personally would go for the physical assets, not just puts).

I prefer to play puts and purchase physical with profits. (Pardon the paroemion...I had to p. ;-)) Seriously, instead of just waiting for dips to buy, I bet on 'em.
