Iran, after having denied for weeks that it had shipped drones to Russia, finally admitted what the evidence had shown all along: that it had made at least one shipment of drones. Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian said a "small number" of drones had been supplied to Russia a few months before Moscow's forces invaded Ukraine on Feb. 24.
Perhaps Iranian drones were offered at an attractive price that Russian industry could not compete with?
