Whatever flaws might exist in Jack Smith's persecution of Donald Trump, the fact remains that it IS a persecution. It is a weaponization of the criminal justice system against the current regime's primary political adversary.
Just by itself that ought to scare the bejesus out of everyone. These are not good things that are happening.
And the insistence by Smith et al that the 2020 election was clean and beyond legal reproach is frightening. I’m certainly not a Trump supporter, but through a layman reading of the various shenanigans employed can easily determine there were countless obvious examples of fraud that occurred especially in the middle of the night. Smith’s case is built on a shaky foundation of baloney. The politicalization of the DOJ is abominable and indicator of a rotting government. Yet another reason to be glad I’m old.
That would be hard! There isn’t true justice anymore! Justice isn’t blind. Biden and Hunter should be arrested, prosecuted, and jailed forever! Biden belongs in a nursing home.
Makes sense. It's frustrating to watch, and anger is, under the circumstances a perfectly rational reaction. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't angry as well.
Half the challenge of writing these articles is putting the emotions aside and focusing on the facts and the particulars of the law. Of course, for a nerd like me that's also about half the fun!

I was just reading Malone’s Substack (‘Who is Robert Malone’). He makes similar points which concur with yours. Let’s hope many more intelligent minds are able to grasp the truth of your reasoning!
I'm not a member of the bar, so I would not be able to serve as defense counsel, but I did do a bit of paralegal work while I was in college. I know my way around Supreme Court opinions and various legal codes.
I will be beyond gobsmacked if Donald Trump's legal team asks for my assistance. But if they do, I will be happy to contribute however I can! (That would be an awesome experience!)
