Biden is the de facto Manchurian President, working for the enemies of the USA, yet the political class is obsessed with Trump retaining documents? This doesn’t add up.

Occam’s Razor says this is a diversionary tactic and/or a cover-up.

Hell, you don't need Occam's Razor to conclude there's a cover-up. The serial non-prosecutions of Hunter Biden are the very definition of "cover-up".

If only we all had the courage to say NO to every act by our govt churches emoloyers and all other institutions that defied natural law they would not get away with these abominations... To wit:

A Catholic software engineer was fired by his former employer for putting “Assigned by God” as his “preferred pronouns,” an act which was precedented by pressure from the company to display “gender identity” in the name of “inclusion.”

In those days there was no King in Israel; every man did what was right in his own eyes. -- Judges 21:25

Well done as always.

I’ll be frank: I don’t put any validity into the charges.

How an agency can manufacture RussiaGate out of whole cloth and then come at us again with this is ludicrous. If defies the notion of Reason.

In most states, if you don't reclaim your property after a time it's abandoned and the person you left it with can claim it.

When people can "accidentally" (if you're a Democrat or anyone named Biden or Clinton) retain "classified" documents for years, the government arguably has abandoned them. The time frames alone make these charges crap.

The real problem is that the DC mandarins classify virtually every scribbling done inside the beltway. This tactic places their shenanigans beyond the reach of FOIA and us provincial plebs.

That is a problem.

But that problem also means this nostrum of "pertaining to the national defense" is absolute rubbish. And that makes the entirety of the Espionage Act itself absolute rubbish.

The Constitution begins with the words "We The People". BY LAW we're supposed to be in charge of the government, NOT the other way around. We're the employer, government is the employee.

Employees do not withhold information from their employers. Governments should not keep secrets from their citizens. The United States Government ESPECIALLY should not keep secrets from US Citizens.

Too many damn secrets, not enough rule of law.

Well . . . the rule of law would mean that DC elites would have only the same rights and privileges as the provincial plebs.
