This reads like ukrainian propaganda.

No. It does not.

This report throws a monkey wrench at others I’ve read, some from Russian writers who insist if Putin had no concern for Ukrainian casualties it would be a military cakewalk to victory. Thanks for a different perspective.

As a general rule, one should not have concern for enemy casualties. One should have great concern for one's own casualties.

The flaw in the missile strikes is the selection of targets: no supply caches, no roads or transportation infrastructure, nothing to degrade the front line formations.

Given the UN has declared the missile strikes to be an escalation, the other strategic miscalculation Putin has made is the reaction of the international community--indiscriminate targeting of civilian infrastructure is rarely well received by the community of nations. Missile strikes like these help Zelensky make his case for more lethal aid.

Which makes me seriously wonder if the entire special operation, war or whatever we call it is indeed a globalist engineered Kabuki production to further emasculate economies and populations?

Doubtful, given that the war is hastening deglobalization.

Realize that a common thread through all the significant events in the world is that the globalists are losing control, literally of everything.

There will be no "Great Reset" as envisioned by Klaus Schwab. That's not in the cards.

Maybe no “Great Reset” but plenty of manufactured chaos IMO. With so many governments aligned how could it be otherwise at this point?

I wonder if the Intel Agencies have any information if Putin's Generals have had to swap nuke warheads for conventional? And could that have been what the mobilization of the 'nuclear train' was all about?

If so, it may indicate that in addition to depleting our stockpiles, we are depleting theirs.

Perhaps the Chinese did have something to do with the pipeline and bridge bombings.

World Domination, and the coming solar minimum waits for no one.

There are signs that Putin's weapons stockpiles are indeed being depleted. Which I have said before is the NATO strategy...bog Russia down in Ukraine and bleed their military dry.

It's a cynical strategy on NATO's part, but it's a sound strategy, and it might even be working. That Ukraine is winning at least for now on the battlefield is an unexpected bonus

But the longer Russia is soaking up casualties in Ukraine, the less potent their military will be for future conflicts. NATO wins without ever technically being at war.
