While I agree that neither party has our best interests in mind, the comparison of Trump’s term and Biden’s seems skewed. Unless I’m mistaken (if so, please let me know), based on the charts, the <99% net worth was ~.3M, then the pandemic boost (printer goes brrr), but even taking into account the slight dipping during Biden’s term, it’s still above where Trump left it (sitting now at what looks like .33, reaching as high as .35).
It would be better if this data took into account CPI, inflation, and COL increases because that picture is what everyone is living. While we might have slightly more net worth, we can’t afford a house, the same amount of groceries, fuel, etc. so a .3 during Trump’s term was significantly better purchasing power than the slightly higher .33 now under Biden.
Your data speaks truth, and I love your solution! Yes, government policy-wonks, just leave us alone with a laissez-faire market and stop jerkin’ our chains with empty promises. Ultimately, most people come to the dejected conclusion in life that ‘the rich get richer, and the poor get poorer’.
Except the deluded, insulated, ivy-league elites across the political spectrum. I think they are sincere in believing that their policies make peoples’ lives better. They are astonished when, late in life, they realize that they were wrong.
My 8th-grade French teacher told us that when Marie Antoinette said, “Let them eat cake” she was sincere. If they were out of bread, why not just eat some more cake? She was so completely insulated from the actual lifestyle of her peasants that it was inconceivable to her that they would not have both bread and cake in their homes.
If Americans have more wealth, it seems that the marketplace desires to obtain larger shares of that wealth for provision of necessary goods and services rather than a lot more goods and services to increase personal comfort

If it can be twisted, you know Biden's handlers will twist it. Linking as usual @https://nothingnewunderthesun2016.com/

And you know how it all ended for her.
"Barely a trickle" might pay the electric bill for 1 month, 2 if it isn't July.
I will take it!
Understandable. I just want folks getting more than a trickle.
Getting government out of the way seems the way to accomplish that.
Agreed 100%!
