Wages Up A Little, Inflation Up A Lot

In today's Usual Weekly Earnings Summary, the BLS reported folks’ weekly earnings up 2.6% in the fourth quarter of last year.

Inflation rose 6.7% during the same period, meaning everyone lost money.

This is not a sign of economic growth.
