Dear Peter, thank you for your thorough documentation on China's zero Covid Policy. As you know, China has a very long history, dating back to the 21st C, BCE. They also have developed an amazing TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) practice that is over 5,000 years old). I myself have benefited from their acupuncture, cupping, Moxibustion, herbs etc. for over 30 years. TCM is widely practiced alongside Western Medicine.throughout the country. The Chinese are not crazy. Perhaps they know something about Covid that they have not revealed and this is why they are willing to take such draconian measures, even putting their economy in jeopardy to stop its spread. Possibly there are reasons not being revealed. TCM charts of the body have organs and points not recognized (or discovered in Western medicine). Again, perhaps there is a reason, as of yet unrevealed. Just a thought.
