The ministry of truth is working overtime to create lies. Everyone knows that inflation and unemployment are still critical. The “great reset” is still moving forward.

The unemployment figures have not been realistic for the past 30 years. I'm surprised anyone still takes them even somewhat seriously.

Numbers should never be taken at face value. They should be interrogated and challenged.

One of things I strive to highlight are the contradictions and outright impossibilities presented by various data sets.

Trust nothing. Verify everything.

And you do a great job at it . Thank you. I feel like our entire economy is built on speculation and lies. When I learned how the federal reserve works, I lost my American dream “religion”.

One thing to remember: the economy--any economy--is always built on people transacting and interacting with others. Markets have worked that way since the dawn of civilization.

The trick is to peel back enough layers of propaganda to gauge what is truly taking place at that level, regardless of what the prevailing spin wants to present.
