I live in a very cold area of a northern country. An EV would be totally useless for me most of the year.

OPEC has totally alienated the people that want to continue with ICE vehicles by decreasing production to increase profit.

Because of their total neglect and greed alienating their customers...... I will buy an EV just to help ruin OPEC one day.

It’s disgusting how manufactured wars are used to increase oil price and then OPEC makes it worse by decreasing production. I can hardly wait till all oil countries are broke.

You might want to hold off on that EV purchase. If the global deflationary phenomenon that I think is happening unfolds as it should, the OPEC countries are going to face a rough next decade as it is.

Yes. Lol. I’m just fed up with the total lack of respect to its customers. Lol.

I just read a substack yesterday and as we suffer with inflation… China has deflation going on.

So if oil will experience deflation….. what crisis will the create to try and keep their price up? Scary

Why don’t they realize that by keeping the price of oil reasonable is the best bet to keeping customers. High oil prices just drives people away.

Inflation and deflation are both instances of market disequilibria. China's deflation will eventually become ours. It's already making inroads in Europe.

The greater challenge comes if/when the CCP finally loses "The Mandate of Heaven", at which point the Chinese people rebel. Then China's role as the world's factory ends.

That will be a supply shock greater than the world has seen certainly in my lifetime. It will reshape the economic order in ways that are impossible to calibrate.

Yes! Would love the great people of China getting rid of their government and becoming free.

I wish it would happen soon.
