Are there STILL people who are so dumbed down that they don't know keeping your Vit D above 40 ng/mL (not to exceed 100; use D3 with Vit. K) along with zinc and a zinc ionophore such as quercetin (the EGCG in green tea also works) on a daily basis, at least throughout cold and flu season.

Are there STILL people who don't have that basic of a clue? If so, tell them to turn off their latest CNN fake news and get a clue. Might find one on eBay.

I JUST had Covid. How do I know, since I did not get the bogus PCR test, which its creator, the late Nobel Prize winner Kary Mullis said should NEVER be used for Covid, and could "find anything you want." (it was created for something else), and I did not stick one of those unknown swabs up my nose, millimeters from my brain barrier. Simple: for both my wife and I, it had unusual symptoms - I have never, in 60 some years, had a respiratory flu along with fever and chills - YOU may have, but neither my wife nor I, with total ages betw us 120+ years, have. Good enough.

So, what was it like. Basically, like every other seasonal flu. My wife did take ivermectin, but my Vit D 3 is above 40 ng/mL, so not needed.

Avoid it? Yes, by all means. And you might get a bad case. But it's no different from any other flu I got.

BUT... if you are ignorant, and easily led, by all means, race out and get your booster.

Oh yes. If you are under 21, where your risk of dying is 0.00023%, make sure to put on a meteorite helmet too, as you race off to your Democrat fund raiser

Well said Peter. Always like how you back up you articles with research. The reason for your aptly named Substack I suppose. Will not be getting the new jabs. Never got any of the previous Covid jabs. Had a mild bout of Covid last year for a couple of days that made me tired, that was it in the 3 years of Covid so far. I know some people who were fully jabbed and boosted and have had Covid 2 or 3 times. Have had one flu jab in my life ( which by the way made me about as sick as the flu at least symptoms wise) Other than that, I can't ever remember getting the flu, unless it was so mild I didn't know I had it.

To be honest I do occassionally get bronchitis and have had pneumonia a few times. I guess I would rather treat the illness rather than get a jab for it and still probably get it anyway. By the way, I am what they consider to be a high risk factor in more ways than one if you go by their guidelines, but I really haven't seen the low risk factors fair any better. Perhaps an article compaing the two groups would shed more light on this. Linking today as usual @https://nothingnewunderthesun2016.com/

"even for a healthy person getting “the flu” has a fairly high suckage factor attached."

But it is still better than the shot, any shot, especially the mRNA shot. As a former Heath Professional, retired now, I only received a single flu shot back in 1981, (the boss, a PharmD talked me into it), I felt so bad from that single injection that I laid on the porch in the hopes that one of my buddies would stop by and put me out of my misery. Alas, no one did, and then, about 6-7 hours later, I made a remarkable recovery.

Now, we can speculate what the flu shot did, or didn't do, but I have not taken another since.

Excellent article, should be required reading for anyone contemplating a flu shot, unless it is some version of the mRNA, then pictures of it's carnage should be included.

I've made it clear I will not accept mRNA vaccines into my body. Traditional vaccines only. That being said, I am going to have to acquire a Costco membership to receive Novovax and all future influenza vaccine. It's probably the only way to ensure I receive pure substances rather than risk mRNA introduced into my delicate health system

Excellent piece!

I've always believed that Covid was simply the flu "rebranded".

Unvaxxed, and not gonna get a flu shot.

I simply take care of my immune system...
