The mounted police should be tried for murder, and their commander with them. The foot should be terminated from the police force, or tried for assault if they can be identified for specific actions (but of course no badge numbers).

The woman appears not to have died, but credit for that goes to God, not the police. The police DID trample the woman and it would have taken only one errant hoof for my original post to be completely accurate.
