The bit that really caught my attention was Pfizer's reference to "pre-clinical data"
Pre-clinical?????
They're putting out a fundamentally untested product, and they're okay with that.
They had exactly zero human testing
And they're proud of it.

In modern usage, the saying has morphed into "Whom the gods would destroy, they first make mad."
Pfizer (and all of Big Pharma) has gone quite mad. And taken the FDA with them.
