How to stave off hunger: Relax the Renewable Fuel Standard, which diverts something on the order of 40% of the maize ("corn") grown in the USA to the production of ethanol to blend in with gasoline. The EU has similar legal requirements for fuel, although they tend to be more focused on feedstocks for biodiesel production, which generally aren't readily usable as inputs for food production. Still, they could re-purpose the land currently used to grow those crops to growing food crops, or even for the grazing of animals.

The way to respond to exogenous supply shocks (and most if not all of the inflationary pressures we are seeing in a variety of goods but especially foodstuffs are attributable to one or more exogenous supply shocks) is to stimulate/increase supply.

How effective land repurposing would be is somewhat problematic, however, if fertilizer application rates are reduced, thereby reducing crop yields per acre.

Still, there are regulatory relief measures available that would directly address food price inflation, and by extension food insecurity/hunger. However, I will be shocked if even one such measure is implemented by the US government or by the European Union.

I would be quite surprised as well. I wasn't predicting that The Powers That Be would actually do these things. I was just pointing out that there are fairly straightforward ways to address the problem if they wanted to.

If time permits, I may do a follow up on how some of these supply shocks can be addressed (email length constraints limit how much I can cram into a single article!)

Bottom line: This is all manufactured as the elites wish to be rid of the masses.

Very little of it is "manufactured". Exogenous supply shocks are the antithesis of a "manufactured" anything.

My point is that a lot of very sinister people know full well what they are doing in thrusting the world into the very dark place in which it finds itself. So my referring to this as being ''manufactured' is that the country/world are being set up for a collapse to implement the one world dystopia.

The aftermath of societal and civilizational collapse is anarchy, not unity. This was true after the Late Bronze Age Collapse, after the Fall of the Roman Empire, and after the Mayan Collapse.

The script for the "Great Reset" will not have been written by Klaus Schwab but by John The Revelator.
